 My Coaching Story

Hi, I'am Frances.

Over 10 years ago I started my career in Human Resource Management, I did my Master degree and enjoyed putting best HR practices in place in a variety of different companies in different sectors. I have always enjoyed the working, mentoring and coaching part in my job the most. After I did my coaching diploma I decided to bring all my experience and knowledge to the best use possible to help anyone even outside the boundaries of a workplace to find a career that suits them and that they love.

I'm very passionate about finding the right career path for my clients. To coach someone to become aware of their own potential and to use it in their careers, is my gratification. My work is practical but innovative. My goal for my clients is to create a working life and environment that aligns with their values and strengths and supports their own growth well beyond our coaching sessions.
